What is your return policy?
You can return products within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.
Who pays for shipping when I return the product?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, QR Couture will cover the shipping cost to ensure your replacement or refund is hassle-free.
How can I return my product?

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, you can follow the standard return process once you receive the product.

What is your warranty policy?
All QR Couture products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers any issues related to craftsmanship or material defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
